It’s time for my 2024 top product round-up! I’m so excited to share some of my favorite wellness essentials that I personally use and recommend to clients. These products have made a huge difference in my daily routines—from nutrient-packed supplements to kitchen tools that make cooking easier and more enjoyable.
Whether you’re looking to feel more energized, simplify your wellness routine, or just add a little something special to your life, I hope this list inspires you. Let’s jump in!
Health & Wellness Products
BPN offers another great supplement. John and I take creatine every morning after our workouts to help build muscle and recover.
If you’re not doing at least 2 servings of fish per week… this one is for you.
Sonicare > Phillips. Enough said! Of course I went for a 2-pack for both John and I. These high-tech electric brushes hold a long charge & learn our brushing behaviors, making them more equipped to alert for harsh brushing over time.
I’ve had my eye on a Dyson for a while now. The Dyson air purifier improves indoor air quality by capturing pollutants and allergens. Its quiet operation and smart technology make it a good choice for a healthier home!
The Orgain plant-based vanilla protein powder is a must-have for my annual product list. We subscribe to it every two weeks.
If you haven't tried Arma yet, now's the time! We've been using colostrum from this brand every day and love it. It helps with our immune system, skin health, and digestion.
Here is the Trace Minerals liquid magnesium that goes into my nightly sleepy time mocktail. We love it for winding down at night, muscle recovery, and keeping our guts happy :)
We enjoy staying hydrated with Bare Performance Nutrition Electrolytes. This is a high-quality supplement brand that is third party tested!
Three words: fair trade coffee. Birds & Beans Coffee is USDA Organic, Fair Trade, and certified as Bird Friendly®. These labels represent commitments to protect wildlife and support ethical practices. With each bag of coffee, 5% is donated to conservation efforts, turning every cup into a small act of preservation. We also have this one on subscription!
These toothbrush heads + our new Sonicare electric toothbrushes have completely changed our dental hygiene game. I used to be a big manually toothbrush girly until I realized how harsh I was being on my gums.
Kitchen Gadgets & Goodies
I would never give you a coffee recommendation & not share my pour over secrets. We upgraded to the Breville BDC450BSS Precision Brewer this year and it’s safe to say our hot coffee game is next level.
If you know me, you know Le Creuset is one of my favorite cookware brands. John gifted me this 3.5 quart braising casserole pan for Christmas last year and I usr it multiple times/week for my meal prep & baked dishes. 10/10 recommend!
I found this baker on Instagram this year and have her cookbook picked out as a gift idea (for myself LOL). I don’t need to bake gluten-free, but her videos look TOO good not to try!
We’re off Stanley and we’re ON Hydro Flask. I found a limited edition brown color at Whole Foods this fall season and have been obsessing over it (though this cloud beige is still adorable). The lid + straws are super easy to disassemble & clean and there’s NO leakage.
Another Le Creuset classic— you can’t have a complete kitchen without some type of cast iron skillet. We mixed in a bit of color and went with the gorgeous Artichaut for this one!
Pumpkin muffins have been my jam this season. These OXO individual silicon baking cups are easy to clean, take up minimal space in storage, and make for a clean muffin unwrapping every time.
Guys, I’m sorry. It’s time to stop with the non-stick pans and switch over to stainless steel. These babies will last forever and they’re the best non-toxic hot cookware option out there. I got a super affordable Cuisinart set from Costco this year and have been super happy with it!
My clients know about my nightly sleepy time mocktail. It’s a bubbly mix of soda water (made easy and sustainably with my Drinkmate home soda water bubbler), tart cherry juice, liquid magnesium, and a splash of our favorite Culture Pop flavor.
A former client contacted me over the weekend about the stainless steel chef’s knife I mentioned in 2022 while we were working together. I really like the Miyabi brand, and I plan to take my knife home for the holidays to help my mom cook. Even a sous chef needs a great knife!
I know I shared a blender last year too, but we recently upgraded to this Ninja with multiple different blend settings + a screen with a timer. This one is 40% off this week!
Clothing & Workout Gear
Shhh… the AUTOMET store on Amazon has been my absolute favorite secret for Lululemon dupes. Honestly, I have a Lulu scuba and full & quarter zip hoodies from this storefront and dare I say that the dupe is better quality. Didn’t come from me!
Improving body composition involves more than just losing weight and “eating healthy”. I recommend many of my clients use an affordable at-home body composition scale to monitor their progress and see that our nutrition and exercise plans are effective. My favorite brand is Renpho because it accurately measures body mass and is reasonably priced.
These are a great quality & high-waisted workout legging that I have in FOUR colors. Super comfy and with great stretch!
The Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate & GPS is the perfect gift for the exercise lover in your life. This super sleek new watch face and comfortable, neutral band caught my eye immediately!
2025 might be the year for tuning out the noise and locking in— whether that’s on your new side hustle or your 12-week strength training program.
My deadlifting & back days changed for the better once I worked lifting straps into my gym routine! These are great for progressive overload while training legs since my grip strength was beginning to hold me back on my heavier lifts. 10/10 recommend!
Did someone say ‘winter arc’? I’m loving getting into a rebuilding phase this winter season with the most comfortable gear. The girlies are wearing tight cut tees with sweatpants and I’m here for it! This 3-pack of dry-fit cropped tees have been staples for me in the gym lately.
Non-toxic Skin & Body Care
Beekman 1802 Milk Shake Hydrating Toner & Face Mist is the first product I use on a fresh face. It’s super hydrating & gentle on the skin.
Lux Unfiltered N°32 CLASSIC Gradual Self Tanning Cream is a hydrating lotion in Santal. It is gluten-free, vegan, and cruelty-free. This self-tanner is packed with antioxidants and is non-toxic & nourishing for the skin.
The Enaskin Naturals Under Eye Patches are perfect for dark circles and puffiness. These 24K gold gel pads contain retinol, collagen, and hyaluronic acid to moisturize and reduce wrinkles.
The Beekman 1802 Bloom Cream will be your best friend. Lather this hydrating moisturizer on day or night for the perfect dewey glow.
Inkey Daytime Caffeine Eye Cream helps cool and reduce puffiness in the morning— essential before my early morning lifts.
Do not sleep on this makeup bag. I finally caved and got rid of my old makeup carrier because it was super inconvenient. This EACHY makeup bag is waterproof and perfect for portable use because the zipper technology allows it to lay flat with a super wide opening. I’ll never lose an eyebrow pencil again.
If you’re my family member/fiancé and you’re reading this… ya girl needs a new hair dryer ;)
Beekman 1802 is my favorite skincare brand. The Milk Drops are my top nighttime serum and a must-have before my night moisturizer.
Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum is my favorite nighttime eye cream for minimizing fine lines and achieving that glass skin effect.
This one’s for the lady in your life who is dying to make the switch to low-tox living. A 3-6 month subscription will have her feeling prepared for some of the not-so-great weeks in 2025, plus she’ll feel great about taking care of herself.
